  • Dagini is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service number +91-9947264999 & email us at accounts@dagini.in within 3 days of the product delivery.
  • Dagini can accept any return & exchange only in the case if product is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product will be in an unused / intact / sealable and undamaged condition.
  • Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice for return
  • Postage & shipping cannot be refunded. (Domestic and International)
  • Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Dagini team and the return decision is sole responsibility of Dagini Management Team
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
  • Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 21 working days.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold. We can provide Credit Coupon Code or Voucher (of the same value).
  • Coupons are not valid on discounted products or gifted products.
  • You cannot club 2 coupons on same order or avail multiple discounts in single product or purchase.
  • Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
  • All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions :
    • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
    • Has missing parts or accessories.
  • The return expenses shall be taken care by the client and the docket number for return shipping shared and confirmed with Dagini Team.
  • Kindly note that: Even though we have tried our level best to precisely show the actual color of the products, there may be a variation based on the operating system you are using and photography. We cannot entertain the return / exchange requests based on the same concern.
  • All free gifts or promotional goods received with your purchase must be returned with your order. We will not proceed the exchange if we receive the incomplete return.
  • We will not exchange cosmetics goods which are opened and / or used due to hygiene purpose or COVID -19 Health concerns. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
